France unveils tough budget measures

One of the best budgets in Europe.  Well done to the French.  Fair.

I am so anxious to see how many tax exiles will arrive to Britain.  If they are less than the number of Tory tongues in the Parliament, they should bite them hard.  It would make their argument that taxes on wealth would drive the rich out of Britain and leave the ordinary taxpayer in misery look even more pathetic.

The good news is the precedent in Europe has been created.
